You may have a clear idea of how you want to shape the area’s future, or you may still be working out the details. Either way, this much is true: no one is better equipped to help you make a local charitable impact than the Tipp City Foundation.
Since 1943, we’ve been working with donors — individuals, families, businesses, organizations — to create and sustain charitable funds that have the greatest possible impact.
By working with generous people like you, we can make a difference in our community long into the future.
How to Create a Fund
Creating a fund with the Tipp City Foundation is simple and begins with an investment as low as $25,000. Start by answering four easy questions. Your answers will give us the information we need to build a fund to suit your charitable interests.
Download Four Questions Here. Once you’ve answered the questions, you may call Heather Bailey at 937-528-2482 or submit the form to us via email.
Ultimately, we hope to have the opportunity to meet with you. However, if your schedule makes a personal meeting difficult, or you live outside the area, we can mail or e-mail you a fund agreement for your review. The fund will be ‘official’ when we receive the establishing contribution of $25,000 or more and the signed fund agreement. Fund founders receive regular communication from the Foundation and are encouraged to contact us anytime to discuss their fund, grants or additional gifts.
